The Ann Arbor Youth Chorale

The Ann Arbor Youth Chorale’s mission is to transform young lives and enhance the cultural life of Southeast Michigan through music education, performance of quality choral music, and collaboration at the highest level of artistic expression– all in a safe, inclusive environment. Students study vocal literature from a broad range of musical styles and periods, from classical to folk, from Broadway tunes to spirituals, from the sixteenth century to the present. They are exposed to new languages, as well as the customs, beliefs, and values of the world’s cultures.
